Educational Qualifications:

Vice President

  • Graduate in B.C.A./B. Sc.(Computer Science)/B. Tech.(Computer Science / Information Technology) from Government recognized University or Institution
  • Any Graduate (Regular) with (Full time) PG Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Post Qualification Experience of Minimum 7 years with at least 3-5 years of experience in running Contact Centre/BPO domain (preferable Contact Centre of Any Bank)

Program Manager

  • Graduate in B.C.A./B. Sc.(Computer Science)/B. Tech. (Computer Science / Information Technology) from Government recognized University or Institution
  • Any Graduate (Regular) with (Full time) PG Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Post Qualification experience of minimum 5 yrs. with at least 2 yrs. experience as Program Manager across Customer service BPO or in captive BPO centres in designing Contact Centre related journeys including end-to-end digital journeys

Manager Quality & Training –

  • (Regular) Graduation degree is mandatory from a recognized university
  • (Graduation or post-graduation degree in a HR field preferred but not mandatory)
  • Post Qualification experience of minimum 5 yrs with at least 2 yrs. experience in managing Customer service BPO domain or in captive centres of BPO

Command Centre Manager –

  • (Regular) Graduation degree is mandatory from a recognized university
  • (Graduation or post-graduation degree in a HR field preferred but not mandatory)
  • Post Qualification experience of minimum 5 yrs with at least 2 yrs. experience in managing Customer service BPO domain or in captive centres of BPO

Age Limit:

  • The age limit for Vice President post should be maximum 50 years.
  • The age limit for Program Manager post should be maximum 35 years.
  • The age limit for Manager Quality & Training post should be maximum 40 years.
  • The age limit for Command Centre Manager post should be maximum 40 years.

Selection Process:

  • Shortlisting: Mere fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in candidate for being called for interview. The Short-listing Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for interview. The decision of the bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
  • Interview: Interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in interview will be decided by Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
  • CTC Negotiation:
  • Merit List: Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based on scores obtained in interview only. In case, more than one candidate score the cut-off marks (common marks at cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit.
