The current model is 1:1, where we intend to help children communicate better with sessions focused on advanced communication skills. Roles and Responsibilities –
- Conducting online video sessions for 1:1 setup & creating a positive learning environment for our students of ages 6 to 15 on our learning platform.
- Providing error-free step-by-step solutions to the questions raised by the students.
- Helping students strengthen their English language communication & speaking skills.
An ideal candidate should –
- Have a minimum of 1 year English teaching experience (online or offline) or an English language teaching certification (Cambridge/ TESOL/ TEFL/ CELTA/ others).
- Have impeccable English communication skills, with zero diction or pronunciation errors.
- Be a master at multitasking & time management.
- Have an ability to communicate, lucidly & thoughtfully, with a spontaneous approach to engaging students and managing uncertainties.
- Have awesome camera-facing skills and incredible screen presence.
- Be able to identify gaps in student learning and ability to customize accordingly while generating enthusiasm to help students feel intrinsically motivated to learn.
- Able to manage a learning platform effectively & troubleshoot issues when required with support from our team.
Please note –
- The preferred timings are Weekends – 11 AM to 9 PM + Weekdays 4 PM to 9 PM. Please apply only if you are available during the above-mentioned slots.
- Once selected, you will undergo a 10-hour training program, followed by a certification before
taking LIVE classes.
Work Location – Work from Home
Employment Type – Consultancy <Freelance>
Compensation – INR 325/- per session (INR 425/- post 2130 hrs)
