Role description

The Selected Candidates will begin in an individual contributor’s role, working in a team of go-getters to help spread the Byju’s way of Learning in your city. They would be showcasing the unique Byju’s way of Learning to students and parents and will be responsible for mentoring and sales in their designated zone.

Skills

Any Graduation/ Post Graduation. Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.

• Interested in mentoring and guiding students.
• Having a knack for sales.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  

Other details

All selected candidates will be part of a Training Process under a Trainee profile at a monthly stipend which will be paid on a pro-rata basis for the Training Duration. Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be promoted to the role of an Associate (BDA equivalent) at a minimum package of 4 LPA (Fixed) + 3 LPA (Variable)

Job Description

On-the-Job Training (OJT)

Candidates will be expected to generate revenue by implementing the theoretical knowledge acquired during the first phase into practice during the final 3 weeks of the OJT phase.

STIPEND (ATP): INR 10,000/- (stipend) fixed pay for the complete training program (4 weeks) Please note that the compensation would be adjusted on a pro-rata basis based on the number of days you are active in the training program. Upon successful completion of the training programme, you will move with 3 3-month probation periods where the pay is 19,000/-

New Delhi, Noida , Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Gurugram ,Mohali , Patna

Working Days: 6 days work week (Monday Week Offs)
