About the role:
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
Expectations/ Requirements:
- Sourcing profiles according to the business needs
- Scheduling and briefing the candidates about the profile
- Able to manage stakeholders when asked to
- Drive the entire recruitment process
- Able to capture and update the data on MIS
- Other HR activities
